Understanding what you can do during the NextPay limited trial period
What is the limited trial?
The limited trial is the state your account is in after registration but before full KYC verification is complete. During this period, you can explore the NextPay dashboard and set up your workspace, but you cannot send payouts or fund your account.
What you can do during the trial:
- Explore the dashboard and familiarize yourself with the interface
- Set up your workspace and invite team members
- Add contacts to your directory
- Create draft invoices
- Configure organization settings
What requires verification:
- Sending payouts
- Funding your Flex Wallet
- Sending invoices to clients
The trial has no time limit. Your account stays in limited trial until you submit and pass KYC verification. To start the verification process, go to Settings > Verification and upload the required documents.
