How do I send money?

Sending money through NextPay is straightforward:

1. Go to Payouts in the dashboard and click New Payout.
2. Select recipients from your directory, or add a new recipient on the spot.
3. Enter the amount for each recipient (in PHP).
4. Choose the payout channel: InstaPay (real-time) or PESONet (batch).
5. Review the payout summary, including fees.
6. Click Submit to initiate the payout.

If your workspace requires authorization (e.g., a maker-checker workflow), the payout will move to a pending state until an authorized user approves it.

You can send payouts to any Philippine bank account or e-wallet supported by InstaPay and PESONet, including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, RCBC, GCash, Maya, and hundreds more.

Batch payouts are supported — you can send to multiple recipients in a single transaction. The total amount plus fees will be deducted from your Flex Wallet balance.
