What is Email Money?

Email Money lets you send payments to anyone using just their email address. The recipient does not need a NextPay account or even a Philippine bank account to claim the funds.

Here is how it works:

1. You send money to an email address through NextPay.
2. The recipient receives an email with a secure claim link.
3. They click the link and choose how to receive the money (bank transfer, e-wallet, or pickup).
4. The funds are delivered to their chosen method.

Email Money is useful when you do not have the recipient's bank details, or when you are paying someone for the first time and want to keep the process simple. It is also a convenient way to send incentives, refunds, or one-time payments to people outside your regular directory.

The claim link expires after 30 days. If the recipient does not claim the funds within that period, the money is returned to your Flex Wallet.
