Can I customize the invoice template? Yes. You can upload your company logo, set custom colors, and add default notes or terms from Settings > Invoicing. The invoice layout itself follows a standard professional format.
Can I invoice in currencies other than PHP? The default currency is PHP. If you need to invoice in other currencies, you can change the currency when creating the invoice. The payment link will still process in PHP based on the current exchange rate.
Can I create recurring invoices? Recurring invoices are available on the Business and Enterprise plans. Set the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and NextPay will automatically generate and send invoices on schedule.
Can I track partial payments? Yes. When recording a payment manually, you can enter a partial amount. The invoice will show a remaining balance and stay in "Sent" status until fully paid.
Can I export invoices? You can download individual invoices as PDFs, or export your full invoice list as a CSV from the Invoices page.
What happens to invoices if I cancel my subscription? Your existing invoices remain accessible in read-only mode. You will not be able to create new invoices until you reactivate your subscription.
