Reasons your credited deposit may differ from the amount you transferred
Why is the deposited amount different from what I sent?
If the amount credited to your Flex Wallet is different from the amount you transferred, the most likely causes are:
- Bank transfer fees — Your sending bank may have deducted a transfer fee from the amount. InstaPay fees typically range from PHP 0 to PHP 25, depending on the bank. Check your bank's fee schedule.
- Intermediary bank charges — For transfers routed through intermediary banks, additional charges may be deducted in transit.
- Partial deposit matching — If you made multiple deposits with similar amounts, the system may have matched the wrong deposit. Contact support to correct the allocation.
NextPay does not charge any fees on incoming deposits. The full amount received by our partner bank is credited to your Flex Wallet. Any discrepancy between the amount you sent and the amount credited is due to fees charged by your sending bank or intermediary.
If you believe the amount is incorrect, contact support with your bank transaction confirmation showing the exact amount debited from your account.
