What payout methods can Email Money recipients choose?

When a recipient clicks the claim link, they can choose from the following methods to receive their money:

• Bank transfer — Funds are sent to any Philippine bank account via InstaPay or PESONet. The recipient enters their bank name and account number.
• E-wallet — Funds are sent to GCash, Maya, or other supported e-wallets. The recipient enters their mobile number.
• Pickup — In select locations, the recipient can pick up cash from a partner outlet. Availability depends on the amount and location.

The recipient does not need a NextPay account to claim funds. They simply provide their preferred payout details on the claim page.

Processing times after claiming depend on the method chosen:

• InstaPay bank transfers and e-wallets: Near real-time
• PESONet bank transfers: Same day or next banking day
• Cash pickup: Typically available within 1-2 hours
