Is Email Money secure?

Yes, Email Money is designed with multiple layers of security:

  • Unique claim links — Each transfer generates a unique, single-use URL that cannot be guessed or reused. The link contains a cryptographically random token.
  • Identity verification — When claiming funds, the recipient must verify their identity by confirming their email address and providing basic information.
  • Expiration — Claim links expire after 30 days. Unclaimed funds are returned to the sender's Flex Wallet.
  • HTTPS encryption — All claim page interactions are encrypted with TLS.
  • Cancellation — The sender can cancel any unclaimed transfer at any time, immediately invalidating the claim link.

If a recipient reports that they did not receive the email, check your Payouts page to confirm the email address is correct. You can resend the claim email from the payout detail view, or cancel and recreate the transfer with the correct address.
