Steps to send a payment via Email Money

How do I send Email Money?

To send money via email:

  1. Go to Payouts and click Email Money.
  2. Enter the recipient's email address.
  3. Enter the amount (in PHP).
  4. Optionally add a personal message that will appear in the email.
  5. Review the summary and fees.
  6. Click Send.

The recipient will receive an email from NextPay within a few minutes. The email includes:

  • Your company name (or your name if you are a sole proprietor)
  • The amount being sent
  • Your personal message (if any)
  • A secure link to claim the funds

You can track the status of Email Money transfers from the Payouts page. Statuses include: Sent, Claimed, Expired, and Cancelled.

You can cancel an unclaimed Email Money transfer at any time before the recipient claims it. The funds will be returned to your Flex Wallet immediately.
