Steps to send a payment via Email Money
How do I send Email Money?
To send money via email:
- Go to Payouts and click Email Money.
- Enter the recipient's email address.
- Enter the amount (in PHP).
- Optionally add a personal message that will appear in the email.
- Review the summary and fees.
- Click Send.
The recipient will receive an email from NextPay within a few minutes. The email includes:
- Your company name (or your name if you are a sole proprietor)
- The amount being sent
- Your personal message (if any)
- A secure link to claim the funds
You can track the status of Email Money transfers from the Payouts page. Statuses include: Sent, Claimed, Expired, and Cancelled.
You can cancel an unclaimed Email Money transfer at any time before the recipient claims it. The funds will be returned to your Flex Wallet immediately.
