What are the fees for Email Money?
Email Money fees are charged to the sender (you) and vary depending on the claim method the recipient selects:

| Bank transfer (InstaPay) | PHP 15 per transfer |
| Bank transfer (PESONet) | PHP 10 per transfer |
| E-wallet (GCash, Maya) | PHP 15 per transfer |
| Cash pickup | PHP 25 per transfer |
The fee is deducted from your Flex Wallet when the recipient claims the funds, not when you initiate the transfer. If the transfer expires unclaimed, no fee is charged.
The recipient receives the full amount you specified. Fees are not deducted from the payout amount.
These fees are the same regardless of your subscription plan. Volume discounts may be available for Enterprise plan customers. Contact sales@nextpay.world for details.
