What are NextPay Invoices?

NextPay Invoices (also called NextInvoice) lets you create, send, and track professional invoices directly from your NextPay dashboard. Instead of using separate invoicing software, you can manage your billing and payments in one place.

Key capabilities:

  • Create invoices with your company logo, custom line items, tax rates, and payment terms
  • Send invoices via email directly to your clients
  • Track status — see whether an invoice is draft, sent, viewed, paid, or overdue
  • Payment links — each invoice includes a payment link so your client can pay online
  • Automated reminders — configure reminders for overdue invoices
  • PDF export — download any invoice as a PDF for your records

Invoices are tied to your workspace, so each workspace can have its own invoice numbering sequence and settings. You can customize the invoice template, currency (PHP by default), and payment terms from Settings > Invoicing.
