How long do payouts take?
Payout processing times depend on the channel you select:

| InstaPay | Near real-time, typically within 1-5 minutes, 24/7 |
| PESONet | Same banking day if submitted before 3:00 PM PHT; next banking day otherwise |
InstaPay is available around the clock, including weekends and holidays. PESONet follows the Philippine banking calendar and processes in batches during banking hours.
Most payouts are completed within the timelines above. In rare cases, delays may occur due to:
- Receiving bank system maintenance
- Incorrect recipient account details
- Anti-fraud checks triggered on large or unusual transactions
If a payout has been processing for longer than expected, check its status in the Payouts section. If it shows as failed, you will see the reason and can retry or contact support for assistance.
