Can I cancel or delete a payout?

It depends on the payout's status:

• Pending approval — If your workspace uses a maker-checker workflow and the payout has not yet been approved, you can cancel it from the Payouts page. Click the payout, then select Cancel.
• Processing — Once a payout has been submitted to the banking network, it cannot be cancelled. InstaPay transactions are processed almost instantly, so the cancellation window is extremely short.
• Completed — Completed payouts cannot be reversed through NextPay. You will need to arrange a return directly with the recipient.
• Failed — Failed payouts do not need cancellation. The funds are automatically returned to your Flex Wallet.

If you need to cancel a payout that is already processing, contact support immediately at support@nextpay.world. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will attempt to intercept the transaction if it has not yet been credited to the recipient.

To avoid accidental payouts, consider enabling the approval workflow in your workspace settings so that all payouts require a second person to authorize them before processing.
