How do I add a contact to the directory?

You can add contacts to your workspace directory individually:

  1. Go to Directory in the NextPay dashboard.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Select the contact type: Person or Organization.
  4. Fill in the required fields:
    • For a person: first name, last name
    • For an organization: company name
  5. Optionally add bank details, email, phone number, tags, and notes.
  6. Click Save.

The contact is immediately available for payouts and invoicing. You can add multiple bank accounts to a single contact if they receive payments through different channels.
