Why is my deposit still pending?

If your deposit has not appeared in your Flex Wallet after the expected timeframe, here are the most common reasons:

  • Missing or incorrect reference number — If the reference number was not included or was entered incorrectly, our system may not have matched the deposit to your account. Contact support with your deposit receipt so we can trace it manually.
  • Bank processing delays — Some banks experience delays during peak hours, system maintenance, or end-of-day processing. PESONet transfers submitted after 3:00 PM PHT are processed on the next banking day.
  • Deposit from a different account name — For compliance reasons, deposits must come from a bank account registered under the same name as your NextPay organization. Third-party deposits may be held for review.
  • Amount exceeds deposit limit — Deposits exceeding your plan's limit may be held pending manual review.

If none of these apply or your deposit has been pending for more than 2 banking days, contact support at support@nextpay.world with your bank transaction receipt and NextPay deposit reference number.
