Are there deposit limits?

Yes, deposit limits depend on your account verification level and subscription plan:

• Starter plan — Maximum single deposit of PHP 500,000; daily deposit limit of PHP 1,000,000.
• Business plan — Maximum single deposit of PHP 2,000,000; daily deposit limit of PHP 5,000,000.
• Enterprise plan — Custom limits based on your agreement.

If you attempt to deposit more than your limit, the excess may be held or returned. Contact support if you need a temporary limit increase for a large one-time deposit.

There is no minimum deposit amount, but keep in mind that your bank may charge transfer fees for small amounts. We recommend depositing in larger batches to minimize banking fees.
