How to permanently close your NextPay account
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to permanently close your NextPay account, please contact our support team at support@nextpay.world. Account deletion is handled manually to ensure all outstanding transactions and balances are settled.
Before requesting deletion:
- Withdraw your remaining balance — Make sure your Flex Wallet balance is zero. If you have funds remaining, initiate a withdrawal to your linked bank account first.
- Cancel any active subscriptions — Go to Settings > Subscription and cancel your current plan.
- Download your records — Export any transaction history or reports you may need for your records, as this data will not be recoverable after deletion.
Once submitted, the deletion process typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been permanently closed. Note that some records may be retained as required by BSP regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
