Steps to update your NextPay account password

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time from the NextPay dashboard:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Under the Security section, click Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Click Save.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you signed up using Google SSO, you will not see a password option since authentication is managed by your Google account.

If you have forgotten your current password, click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the email recovery flow.
