How long does it take for deposits to arrive?
Deposit processing times depend on the transfer method used:

|---|---|
| InstaPay (online transfer) | Usually within 15-30 minutes |
| PESONet (online transfer) | Same day if before 3:00 PM PHT; next banking day otherwise |
| Over-the-counter deposit | 1-2 banking hours during bank operating hours |
| Check deposit | 2-3 banking days for clearing |
All timelines are based on Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT, excluding holidays). Transfers initiated outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next banking day.
