How do I fund my NextPay account?

To send payouts through NextPay, you first need to deposit funds into your Flex Wallet:

1. Go to Wallet in the NextPay dashboard.
2. Click Deposit.
3. You will see your unique NextPay deposit account details, including the bank name and account number.
4. Transfer funds from your business bank account (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, etc.) to the displayed account.
5. Include the reference number provided to help us match your deposit.

Deposits are typically credited within 1-2 hours during banking hours. PESONet transfers may take until the end of the banking day. Once credited, the funds appear in your Flex Wallet balance and you can start sending payouts immediately.

You can also fund your account via online banking, over-the-counter deposit, or fund transfer from another bank. The same deposit account details apply regardless of the method you use.
