Can I cancel a deposit?

Once a bank transfer has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled through NextPay. The deposit is processed by the banking network, and NextPay receives the funds after the transfer is complete.

If you need to cancel a deposit:

1. Contact your bank first — If the transfer is still pending on your bank's side, you may be able to cancel it through your bank's customer service or online banking portal. This depends on the transfer method and your bank's policies.
2. InstaPay transfers — These are processed almost instantly, so cancellation is generally not possible.
3. PESONet transfers — If submitted before the batch cut-off, you may have a small window to cancel through your bank.

If the deposit has already been credited to your Flex Wallet, you can withdraw the funds back to your bank account using the Withdraw function. See How do I withdraw funds? for instructions.

There is no fee for withdrawing funds that were deposited in error, provided you initiate the withdrawal within 24 hours.
