How do I contact support?
NextPay offers several support channels:
In-app chat widget: The fastest way to get help. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the NextPay dashboard. Support agents are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT. Outside these hours, you can leave a message and we will respond on the next business day.
Email: Send an email to support@nextpay.world. Include your organization name and a description of the issue. Email responses are typically provided within 4-8 business hours.
Help center: You are reading it. Browse the articles in this User Guide for answers to common questions. Most issues can be resolved by following the step-by-step instructions here.
For Enterprise customers: Enterprise plan subscribers have access to a dedicated account manager and priority support with a guaranteed 2-hour response time during business hours.
When contacting support, please include:
- Your organization name or ID
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages if applicable
- The date and time the issue occurred
