Why is my account suspended?

Account suspension can occur for several reasons:

  • KYC verification failure — Your submitted documents could not be verified. You may need to resubmit clearer copies or provide additional documentation.
  • Suspicious activity — Our fraud monitoring system detected unusual transaction patterns. This is a precautionary measure to protect your account.
  • Compliance review — Periodic compliance reviews may result in temporary suspension until additional information is provided.
  • Overdue subscription payment — If your subscription payment fails and remains unpaid, your account may be restricted after a grace period.
  • Policy violation — Use of NextPay for prohibited activities (gambling, illegal goods, etc.) will result in suspension.

What to do if your account is suspended:

  1. Check your email for a notification explaining the reason and any required actions.
  2. If you need to submit documents, go to Settings > Verification and upload the requested files.
  3. Contact support at support@nextpay.world for assistance.

Most suspensions related to KYC or compliance reviews are resolved within 3-5 business days once the required information is provided. During suspension, your Flex Wallet balance is safe but payouts and deposits are disabled.
