How do I withdraw funds from my Flex Wallet?

If you need to move funds from your Flex Wallet back to your business bank account:

1. Go to Wallet and click Withdraw.
2. Select the linked bank account to withdraw to. If you have not linked a bank account yet, you will be prompted to add one.
3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
4. Review and confirm the withdrawal.

Processing times:

• Withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within minutes.
• Withdrawals via PESONet are processed within the same banking day if submitted before 3:00 PM PHT.

Important notes:

• Withdrawals can only be sent to bank accounts registered under your organization's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• There is no fee for withdrawals on Business and Enterprise plans. Starter plans may incur a small processing fee per withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100.

If you need to withdraw your entire balance, use the exact balance amount shown on the dashboard to avoid rounding differences.
