Steps to upgrade from a limited trial to a fully verified NextPay account

How do I upgrade my account?

If you are currently on a limited trial or starter plan and want access to higher transaction limits and additional features, you can upgrade your account from the dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription in the NextPay dashboard.
  2. Review the available plans and select the one that fits your needs.
  3. If you have not yet completed KYC verification, you will be prompted to submit the required documents.
  4. Choose your payment method (credit card or bank transfer) and confirm.

Your new plan takes effect immediately after payment. Transaction limits are updated in real time, and any additional features (such as higher batch sizes or priority support) become available right away.
