What are the requirements to sign up?

To complete your NextPay registration and pass KYC verification, you will need the following:

For all account types:

  • A valid email address
  • A Philippine mobile number
  • A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, or UMID)

For sole proprietors:

  • DTI Certificate of Business Name Registration

For corporations and partnerships:

  • SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Articles of Incorporation or Partnership
  • General Information Sheet (GIS)

For cooperatives:

  • CDA Certificate of Registration

For non-profits / NGOs:

  • SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Articles of Incorporation

You may also be asked to provide a Mayor's Permit or Barangay Business Clearance depending on your business type and location. All documents should be current and clearly legible when uploaded.
