What types of businesses can use NextPay?

NextPay supports a wide range of Philippine business entity types:

• Sole Proprietorship — Registered with the DTI
• Partnership — Registered with the SEC
• Corporation — Registered with the SEC
• Cooperative — Registered with the CDA
• Non-profit / NGO — Registered with the SEC
• Freelancer / Self-employed — With valid government-issued ID

During onboarding you will be asked to select your business type and provide the relevant registration documents. The specific documents required vary depending on your entity type. See the Requirements article for the full list.

Certain high-risk industries may require additional review. NextPay reserves the right to decline applications that fall outside our acceptable use policy.
