Changing the credit card or payment method for your NextPay subscription
How do I update my payment method?
To update the payment method used for your NextPay subscription:
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Under Payment Method, click Update.
- Enter your new credit or debit card details (Visa, Mastercard, or JCB).
- Click Save.
Your new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle. If you have an outstanding balance due to a failed payment, it will be charged to the new card immediately.
Accepted payment methods:
- Visa credit and debit cards
- Mastercard credit and debit cards
- JCB credit cards
If your payment fails:
- NextPay will retry the charge after 3 days and again after 7 days.
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment.
- If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your account may be restricted to read-only mode.
- Update your payment method or contact support to resolve the issue before your account is restricted.
For Enterprise customers on invoice-based billing, contact your account manager to update billing details.
