Changing the credit card or payment method for your NextPay subscription

How do I update my payment method?

To update the payment method used for your NextPay subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Under Payment Method, click Update.
  3. Enter your new credit or debit card details (Visa, Mastercard, or JCB).
  4. Click Save.

Your new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle. If you have an outstanding balance due to a failed payment, it will be charged to the new card immediately.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Visa credit and debit cards
  • Mastercard credit and debit cards
  • JCB credit cards

If your payment fails:

  • NextPay will retry the charge after 3 days and again after 7 days.
  • You will receive email notifications about the failed payment.
  • If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your account may be restricted to read-only mode.
  • Update your payment method or contact support to resolve the issue before your account is restricted.

For Enterprise customers on invoice-based billing, contact your account manager to update billing details.
