Steps to upgrade or downgrade your NextPay subscription
How do I change my plan?
You can change your subscription plan at any time:
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select your new plan.
- Confirm the change and update your payment method if needed.
Upgrading:
- Takes effect immediately.
- You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
- New limits and features are available right away.
Downgrading:
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the cycle ends.
- If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., more team members or workspaces than allowed), you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
Cancelling:
- Go to Settings > Subscription and click Cancel Plan.
- Your account will revert to the limited trial at the end of the billing cycle.
- Your data (directory, transaction history, invoices) will be preserved but you will not be able to send payouts.
If you are on an annual plan and want to switch to monthly (or vice versa), the change applies at your next renewal date.
