How does NextPay keep my data safe?
NextPay takes security seriously. Here are the measures in place to protect your account and financial data:
- Encryption — All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
- Authentication — NextPay uses secure single sign-on (SSO) through our identity service. Sessions are managed with short-lived tokens that automatically expire.
- Role-based access control — You can assign granular roles to team members (e.g., viewer, member, admin, disbursement manager) so that only authorized people can initiate or approve transactions.
- Audit logs — Every significant action in your workspace is recorded in an immutable audit log that you can review at any time.
- BSP compliance — As a licensed OPS, NextPay follows BSP-mandated security and data protection standards, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support at support@nextpay.world.
