Hours of operation

The NextPay dashboard is available 24/7. You can log in, create invoices, manage your directory, and queue payouts at any time.

Payout processing times depend on the destination channel:

• InstaPay-eligible banks and e-wallets — Payouts are processed in near real-time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• PESONet transfers — Payouts submitted before 3:00 PM PHT on banking days are credited on the same day. Submissions after the cut-off are processed on the next banking day.

Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PHT), excluding national holidays. You can reach support through the in-app chat widget or by emailing support@nextpay.world.
